PARENT INFORMATION
 
Approximately 40% of our travel group each year is made up of parents and family members of the athlete. Family members are invited and encouraged to travel with ESI as an "Accompanying Traveler".


The benefits of traveling with ESI as an "Accompanying Traveler":
  • Double room occupancy - 2 persons per room (athletes stay 4 per room)
  • You will be on the same airplane as your daughter or son
  • Hawaiian Lei Greeting with the team
  • You will be included in the Private “Team Only” Luau
  • You will travel with the team to all sightseeing events
  • Transportation will be provided to all games and ESI sponsored events
  • You will be included in all private functions and group activities
“At first I was going to try to work out my own arrangements for the trip but I found out that it would be more expensive when I included all of the extras I received after going with ESI. I’m really glad my husband and I traveled as Accompanying Travelers. We got to go to the luau that was only open to the team, rode the bus with the team to the games.
